
Highlighted by a baby grand piano that was given to the couple by Connie’s parents, the living room serves as the favorite spot for cocktails and entertaining. “Friends often describe this room as ‘casually elegant,’ which always assures Michael and me that we accomplished our intents for this space,” she says.

Although this home is well over 100 years old, the Winsbergs never intended for any part of it to be a museum. Case in point: their dining room not only hosts dinner parties on a regular basis but also weekly family meals.
“Designer Julie Ponze was also very instrumental in helping us create a home we love.” And from the looks of things, this charming cottage is destined to live on for another century or two.
