Spring Salad with Strawberries and Pecans
- 6 cups mixed lettuces
- 1 pint strawberries, hulled and quartered
- 4 ounces goat cheese, crumbled
- ½ cup toasted pecans, chopped
- Champagne Vinaigrette
- Evenly divide greens, strawberries, goat cheese, and pecans among 8 salad plates. Drizzle with Champagne Vinaigrette just before serving.
