Barbara says she feels like the house and the landscape are still a work in progress as they chip away at their plans. “I try to think long term with this home and plan for where I would put the grandkids one day,” she says. And it’s just that kind of thoughtful planning, focused on family, that makes the Cooneys’ cottage highly functional and livable.
